God's People Are Not Moved, Nature's Moved

verse five says, this place shall not be moved. Verse six speaks of kingdoms tottering. No longer is there a particular physical place where god pledges his special presence and favor. Now there is a particular person, god's own son, where he promises his favor and his presence. Once it was jerusalem, now it is in jesus and in his body. We rally to him for refuge, for strength, for present help in trouble.
