The Disruption of Commercial Real Estate

The concept of syndication had been around in the United States for over 100 years. It was literally the Jobs Act of kind of breaking a hole in that, which was then enabled it to make it more accessible again. And yet another example of how technology is disrupting all of these environments that were essentially established for hundreds of years.
