The Importance of the Face-to-Face Contact
I think COVID has been really evident to me. One of the first things I was told and learned about working with Aboriginal folks in Australia is the importance of the face-to-face contact of the real person. There's something really impersonal about, you know, things being run by a government that's centralized. No idea what's going on and can never know. But that's schools at schools. That is schools. So there's a bit of continuity too. You have to have these things. It is very difficult.
