I'm a weird geek who my dad used to make me read the economist when I was like 10. He likes to go and tell him people that bit. People are always pointing towards where you're different or this is different. And everybody always overestimates what everybody earns anyway. When I was putting 50 quid a month into an index fund in my 20s, that's what's got me to hear. Honestly, I love hearing. Because at times like this, even I lose the faith a bit, right? You know, the market's down. No, you've got to stick. But it's just always great to hear that it's actually worth people’s money
