You do not know how to pick an idea that is exciting to you and just commit to it. The play stage is about testing and experimenting without a concern for the end result. It is about moving from ideation to initiation to action. What should I be doing in the play stage? Follow your play strategy. Use that timer. Don't focus on a result, but use the container of time.
