Is Plac Rupture More Common in Women Than Men?

Plac rupture more often results in complete arterial eclusion, as with a steme. Plac erosion may be more likely to lead to non obstructive, acute cornery cindrom such as a non st segment elevation. For reasons that aren't totally clear, it appears that plac erosions a bit more common in women than men.
