PwC sold its government consulting business to Allegro private equity firm for $1. Anthony Bourdain: The details around this new business called Sine are far from worked out. He says the most basic, basic details you'd expect on a deal announcement aren't sorted. Bourdain: I'm not saying they're not going to pull it together.
