In January 2022, Christopher Kilhoven was just one person who was confused about whether or not to do the Wim Hof method in water. According to the list that I collected, at least three people died under similar circumstances in 2022 alone. "I think it's a putting people at risk for sure because you can never ensure that the same person who watches the YouTube video is also going to catch some information on another site talking about how you shouldn't do something," he says.
