Is It a Cat and Mouse Chicken and Egg Game?

The FDIC is drawing a circle around the activity of these so-called cryptocurrency banks and saying we don't think that's what you're supposed to be doing. And I expect we're going to see them all come back to their same shenanigans. There's a chicken and egg game here where it's like on one hand they say, well, the reason they do these shenanigans with all this money is because they can't get banking. And then we on the other hand are saying, well, if they didn't do all these shenanigans, maybe they could get banking. Who knows what's the right answer here? But we have seen this before.
