Business is about the social capital that you have with people. And part of social capital is how you'are able to contribute to other people. So six, seven, eight years ago, i started being very intentional about who i surrounded myself with. Sometimes that simply meant finding out what somebody wants and being resourceful enough to to them. Other times it meant just having enough cash to buy your way into that. That's the mind set behind master minds, behind networking events. You can work your way up.
