A lot of listeners are going to be familiar with customer journey mapping. Have we done the same thing for employees? I get the impression they haven't. And you have this great example of this company in Australia that put a great big map up on the wall and people who come in and say, well, no, that's not what the employees are doing. It just seemed like it was quite revelatory for the management. Yeah. So if nothing else from this book, right, the goal was for the reader to just literally say if I success would look like, I'm going to pause after we make a decision for our customers to see what the implication is for the employee.
