How Much Training Did You Do for Kona?

"I got a bit sick with, with over there and just, I guess, uh, the big mental break from Kona," he says. "But after Nissa, we had about four weeks or three or four weeks of good training." He adds that his fitness came back 'super quick', but it's always there when you're in this kind of field. The plan was to go by feel - if you felt like going longer, go longer; if you feels like going shorter, go shorter.
