Why Is It So Hard to Buy a House?

Time spent researching the stock market or learning how it works, is going to be a lot less time required trying to understand property. I don't have children, i don't have responsibilities, like, its just me work and nothing else, ine free time. It's taken up all my time. And maybe this won't be the case if things were more normal. But the getting, like, the money pre approved, that took a lot of time and a lot of knowledge. Learning what i liked in a house was superhard.
