It's crazy how much we drink as a society, like we've made it completely normalized. The thing that i would point out is, it's not a ton of ours direct fault. I think this is a wake op call to think more about your drinking and how it fits into your life. And the u.S. especially has a really bad culture around drinking which starts in some cases in high school or college.

Drinking alcohol is embedded within the social fabric of society, but how do we take control of our relationship with alcohol? For all of the fun it supports, alcohol is a poison that causes unnecessary physical, mental, and emotional harm for many people.
