There's this company called DL DEE EL and it's basically an employer of record that that operates globally so if you're a startup based in the US who's trying to hire someone in I don't know France they will end up hiring this person on your behalf. This is actually a thing that Abram put me on to and it's there could be very interesting parallels to this in in the what free world. It's really cool first of all it's just like a really cool idea and like company but what what is the connection you're making with these music kind of pieces?
