Roxanne Jones: How do you feel that we're being held back? You know, what are some of these views, maybe around race and racialization that are prevalent? It's been such a big topic in the last few years, especially, I think. She says it's very important for people to understand that it's not just about race and racism.Jones: If you don't understand the process of racialization and a detrimental world view called a racial worldview, then it's hard to put all the pieces together.
