How to Build a Podcasting Audience?

The first question is, what were your biggest fears going in? So I had two very distinct fears. One was that I have a terrible podcasting voice. And then the second one was like, how in the world was I going to have that much content? But once I got into the groove of it, here we are 108 episodes later. The next question I have is, how do you keep it fresh? How do you keep creating topics that are relevant to your audience? This is an interesting question because I don't ever really think about it like this.
