Twins can even feel physical ailments of their other twins like when they get hurt they have like sympathy pains like they can feel it too just like in that story that guy felt that sharp pain in his chest and he had a good deal of health. It might not just be twins just people that are meant to be connectedYeah I had an experience where I woke up from sleep paralysis and I had a really bad pain in my chest the next dayMy mom told me she had a dream that there was a a black figure just this shadowy person following me around everywhere that I went which is basically what she described as synchronicity.
