Jiren: I think we're probably going to see a bit of slowdown, like probably in the segment of the million dollar homes. That is one of the things that I really have gone out of control, especially a price out of people who actually need a home in today's market. Walter: This idea that if you're selling private property, you'll be barred temporarily from going to buy HDB immediately. That's really trying to slow down that segment of the market a bit. But then again, honestly speaking, do they have to buy those million dollar homes for many other homes, right? Yeah, so I guess it's really the kind of lifestyle that you need.
