Heather: I've gotten really into a Reddit thread called cast iron. It's just people talking about their cast iron pans. She says seasoning is kind of a misnomer because it means heating oil on the surface of the cast iron to a certain temperature. Heather recommends that you ditch your nonstick pans and get cast iron pans and stainless steel pans.
