The No Information Setting Is What I'm Going to Do With This Medication
If i have a default preference, or my default action, is going to be to buy the house, and my alternative is that i'm going to rent. So by default, if i have no further information, this is what i 'm going to do. If you don't even know what kind of what ifs are possible, how are you going to make those hypotheses? You are not actually that omniscient. But in order to make your decision, you're going to have to deal with something less than what you care about. And so that means you're dealing with partial information. The math guarantee is that quality doesn't matter as long as it's high quality.
