How to Deal With Mental Health Problems

I think it's one of the hardest parts of the the privilege as it were is the fact that we turn up and often it feels like we parasitically to a certain extent leech away somebody's story or situation. Sometimes there's a good few tears and there's a little bit maybe of maybe there's a bit of therapy that's going to be needed in the future. I wouldn't want to not do it just because I'll have problems I've got problems ahead. Oh everyone knows so much from your programs. Well I mean obviously there it's still relatively shallow TV because all TV is a bit of a construct however much we try and we do really bloody try.
