JB Nolan: I was so inspired when being at IDO of watching how the folks that work there encourage the participants in a brainstorming to come up with their own ideas for things. And I think it's one thing to make a wobbly table more stable and quite another to be able to help people create methodologies to develop cleaner drinking water or ways to feed themselves that are sustainable.
