I like lamb a lot. I don't see them Welsh. A lot of times in Wales, they didn't really cook it very well. So if you ever get asked in Japan how do you want your Tonkatsu? And if the guy recommends medium rare, trust him. But then this is also the country that also does like raw chicken. They have, it was a chain. Oh, sure. It's gone. Highly recommend it.
