Pastoral Responsibility for the Church

As the pastor full time, i want our older members who go into the hospital to be visited. We also have in our church some deacons of membercare,. But also these other elders are concerned about that. So when alice huber's in the hospital, chris gets out there to see her and is there reading scripture to her when she comes to after operation. And all those things, as andy said, are important, but we've noticed how profitable it is for us to take time to look years ahead and see where the church is going, and see where god seems to be taking us.
