I judge a Korean barbecue place, not by the barbecue, but by the jigas and the tongs. If it's really rich and delicious and clean, that to me tells everything about what is going on. There are better places to get potentially barbecue, but I will always like park parks. And there are a bunch of other places that serve it, but they're like moods you have to be in. They have made This does not get the love, it gets too much love. But the pang-chan, that is what makes it for me, is the pang chan.
