Is There Such a Dearth of Leadership?

I think you emanate all the qualities that we need in a leader, really, i mean that. You have the female attributes of just getting stuff done and not waiting around for people to posture. I want to be like my round, like minded people that want to make change happen. And am and and really want to to challenge the status quoUm and and openly, and not have, you know, not and help help,. ah, but not have to do it within the confines of the old system.
