How to Get Accurate Tracking Data for All Players on the Pitch

The package includes tracking data, event data and de-sealizers for different kinds of data. It's most of time 25 frames per second; you know the location for each player and the whole. So there are all the passes and shots and things like that. This is beyond somebody with just a pen and paper and notebook writing down. How do they get that data? That's crazy.
