When a thought comes and you're concentrating on your breathing, a thought comes. It's not that a thought happening is a bad thing. It's that you acknowledge the thought, but then in essence you put it on the shelf. The visual aspect of this strategy works really well for me because I'm a really visual learner. So if I am sitting at my desk, getting frustrated with whatever project I'm working on, I need that little bit of a mental break. And then I want to touch into the final topic of procrastination. Hence, I'm procrastinating on purpose onprocrastination. I love it.
