Diversity is not a new theme for state street, but it remains on the firm's radar. The diversity conversation has rightfully gone from just board level diversity to more ora diversity and inclusion at all levels of management. I think we're going to start getting more companies putting out gold in 20 19. And i've always thought that diversity at this point needs to be deliberate and intentional.
