The Future of Vegan Burgers

I'm not at all convinced that this is going to become a big thing. I mean, it's kind of like you don't see very much veggie burgers that have egg in it as a binder anymore. Because it's so limiting. It maybe is helps with texture, it maybe helps with some binding or whatever. But it limits who's going to actually buy it because it still has some things in it that a lot of people don't want. They think it's possible to more quickly grow and scale at a reasonable price because it's not dependent on brand new technology but they're just writing it.
