Is There a Role Model for Aging?

I was born in 1952 into an unprecedented 60 years of economic prosperity and peace. Younger's have every reason to resent my demographic good fortune, but it doesn't make me the enemy. I adopted a phrase from a geriatrician named Joanne Lynn who called herself an old person in training. And the idea there is simply to form an imaginative hypothetical connection to the future older you. She can be as far away a distance back on the horizon as far away as you need her to be. It's easier not to get on that hamster wheel of age denial. Most of us are enjoying our lives. No one wants to die young,. You know?
