CVS's Failure to Accomodate Ms. Stratter

The first cause of action failure to accommodate CVS is not accommodating Ms. Stratter in terms of her religious beliefs. The second complaint is disparate treatment, generally speaking, refers to mistreating or at least treating an employee differently because of his or her religion. And so we've argued that the policy here that CVS pronounced was not consistent with their business necessity. There are less discriminatory alternatives, things they could have done like allowing religious accommodation.
