Dysphoria and Dysmorphia Confusion

I get dysphoria and dysmorphia confused. It's this thing of like, no, no, where you have a distorted idea of how you look or who you are that becomes somewhat unshakeable. I remember hearing that Michael, Michael Jackson, it was believed from a long distance diagnosis that Michael Jackson, uh, one reason that he chose to keep doing different kinds of procedures and surgeries. That the thing, and I feel like this is somehow related to anorexia, but like the person that you see in the mirror in real life and metaphorically that like you don't look like,. just tell me what it is.
