Is That Your Ultimate Meal?
I thought it was interesting that the ultimate meal in your book is a roast chicken with salad and boiled potatoes. Could you just talk about that? I used to do that at BU, you know, Boston University for the student. And then you have a 15 student usually we are, they have 15 chicken,. They have the semi-agrarian, they have to go to the stove and do it. So this is my 13 or 14 book of menu.
