Is God Affecting the Future?

The argument that praying about an event in the past would require god to change the past, and that this is something he can't do? Itis true, that god can't change the past. The eternal now is outside of time, and so there is no time in which god could change a moment that he's created. As a result, once a moment exists before him in the eternal now that moment always exists. Now, if god wants, he could create more than one moment, meaning branching time lines.
