How to Find Legal Help for Your Child
Children can do very well when they have proper treatment and when they have resources. Most kids that are offending on other kids don't grow up to be petifiles. That's a separate thing. They're just offending on other children because that's who they have access to. And i hope it's changing, and i think it is. We're starting to understand that both children are victims. We need to help. Even if this happens to your child, there is hope, and children can be taught and learn.
