The hack allowed one to steal 625 million dollars worth of assets. It was six days until it was reported to the public. One possibility is improper monering, like there should have been an alert for something like this. And i think that in this world of block chain, system administration and security and good hygiene are more critic than ever until there are kind of established, standardized solutions for these problems.
