And i think the only requirement really is that you have to have a thick skin, thatyou have to not mind when you get things wrong. Yeme: You can actually help a lot of people who are just a little bit behind you. But if you prove yourself to be a good co worker or like a good foil for them to ther messaging then it gets really helpful.
