I love the idea of bringing the leader of each location together every, what did you say every month, every other month? Every other month. And so every other month it's in person right now. Fantastic. So going back a few minutes, you mentioned sort of the, the dichotomy between thinking of yourself as managing houses versus managing people. Tell me a little bit about that journey for you. Did you have a great role model? Did you read a great book? Did you figured out the hard way like, and selfishly, I'm going to try and take some nuggets here for myself as I'm on that journey right now.
