Matt: While the US we are a bit sort of slow moving in general on technology regulation I do think there's a chance to learn from both China and Europe to a certain extent. We've already seen China projecting an alternative to the international rules based order through its spelt and road initiative and through its diplomatic achievements in the Middle East. Do you see this playing out on the AI field as well?
