Who Is the Banshee?

Banshee is well, I listen, if I had met the Banshee, I wouldn't tell you. But here's what I can tell you. Banshee is thrived in this unincorporated territory. Business has been good for the Banshee and I don't, I can't imagine the Banshee would want that to change.
