A groundskeeper found a hypodermic needle and two milliliter vial of insulin. Used for the daily treatment of diabetes, when given in high doses, insulin can cause a person to slip into a hypoglycemic coma. The question was raised as to whether Gregory could have been injected with insulin prior to being thrown in the river.
