I think the counter argument to our argument is that, well, if BDRs are twice as effective, you need half as many to hit the same growth goals. And so sure, you still may need to coach them in different ways on how to sell more effectively in your company. But they will be wearing that Ironman suit in a different way when they get to that next level.
