Vcs are kind of like the ones that are getting aft in this, in this transaction. The private market valuations haven't actually caught up with wit the public market valuations. A lot of rounds go through that i would price at 50 cent discount when they start trading because there's nobody who wants to buy them. And so it's actually people like me and dan who have le cash and are liquid and are hunting in the liquid market. So that, i think, make out like a bandit, where i can buy stuff, right, like on binance after it lists at half the price, at a vismen.
