A lot of energy goes into passing, masking, trying not to be who we are. We're just also masking through our day, right? And as we start to explore that and understand that, it's not that we can't connect with our sense of identity and sense of self. It's that awareness piece. This is the first barrier of ADHD of developing awareness here around our who. But in doing so, this harkens back to big C coaching and that I have the same thing.
