You recently unveiled $14.6 billion budget for San Francisco. How are your priorities reflected in this document? So the priorities of San Francisco and what I reflected in my budget is the number one is safety. We plan to completely reform our tax structure because from the business community, that's what we heard was one of the biggest complaints.
