China vs Russia

Stephanie: I wanted to just really hammer at home with specifically china and what you think they're viewing of everything that's going on. And it appears that the public sentiment in a lot of these european countries is all four taking that step forward, maybe following what the french have been saying for it feels like three decades now. Is this presenting a stronger us. Global presence than maybe bejing had previously assumed? And is this any type of united front? Maybe stronger deterrence against military action, albeit, however unlikely in tian in the future.
