The Future of the Housing Market
The spring inventory does not grow at its normal timeframe in the housing market. In 2020, 2021 and 2022 we had a volume surge and purchase application data which is extremely abnormal. The seasonal bottom to happen at the longest time ever recorded history is April 14 so I am really curious to see what happens in 2024 this would be almost in a sense a the last year of my economic model.
