The Evolution of AI and AGI

The fundamental difference between AI and AGI is that AGI can create new explanations. Quite possibly, an AGI can do more than that, such as feel emotions. Maybe we'll find that somebody makes an explanation-generating program, and it doesn't have any emotions. Then maybe we can ask it how to give it emotions like data in Star Trek. Why would it know any better than us? Well, I'm partly joking, but it might be particularly interested in that problem. It might be sad about it. well, it couldn't be sad, but it may be interested in that issue. But never mind that.
